Hi there!

I jumped in your account and made a copy of your most recent mailing that is untitled.  The image in your header is not wide enough to fill in the template width.  I did a quick test and changed your image from 588 pixels to 640 pixels and that seemed to do the trick.  You will need to get a wider version of the image to be 640 pixels so that it will be able to fill in the width of the template.

I did grab a copy of your image and make it 640 pixels, as you can see in the Emma Copy of the untitled campaign, however, you will need a better version of the image.  You can see that by making that original image to 640 pixels, it is not as clear as the 588 pixel version.

That should do the trick!  Feel free to give me a shout here if there is anything else I can do to help!

Hi there!

There is not a way to resize the column in the template as the template is at a set width and cannot be adjusted.  If you are interested in a custom template, you can work with our Design Team to create that template for you.  If you are interested in going that route, take a look at our services page here and complete the form.  A member from our services team will reach back out to you to discuss your design needs!

If you have any questions, please let me know.  I am always happy to help!

Hi again!

I've been thinking about what you're looking to do, and I wonder if this idea might be the solution you're looking for. In that conversation, we're tracking interest in the ability to resize your column widths by percentages. Let me know if that would do the trick for you, and I'll record your interest in the feature. You can also head to that conversation and click to follow it for updates.
