Hi Niki,

Thanks for reaching out! Our API is self service, but we do have some docs that should help you out here:

http://api.myemma.com/webhooks.html

Let us know if we can help with anything else.

Cheers!

Hi Ross,

Can you tell me up to which JAVA version emma API will work? I am using JAVA 6 with TLS 1.2 but API is giving me handshake failure.

Hi Niki,

The version of Java isn't that important, as long as you're sending JSON, you should be good. After a bit of research, it appears that JAVA 6 might not support TLS 1.2. You might have to look at a different version due to that.

I hope that helps.

Cheers!

Hi Ross,

We are using TLS 1.2 proxy server via Apache and our tomcat has JAVA 6 version. Although API is not working yet. Hope you can give suggestion on this.

Hi Niki,

Unfortunately I wouldn't be able to help with troubleshooting that environment as the API is self service. If there is anything about the Emma App itself we can help with, don't hesitate to reach out.

Cheers!
