How to make an account inactive but still keep templates for reactivating? If no, can an account's template be saved to a different account?

Is there a way to make an account inactive but still keep templates for future reactivating? If not, can an account's template be saved to a different account so I can use it in the future? An account under my agency account needs to stop bc they will not be sending emails anymore. However, there is possibility they will start up again at some point in the future. I'd hate to lose all the work I did on their templates. Is there a way to save them if the account can't be put in 'inactive' mode?

Hi there!  So, it sounds like there are 2 questions here:

1. We don't have a way to make an account "inactive".   If an account is retired, their information lives on our servers for 30 days before it is purged.  During those 30 days, we can bring the account back, but after that, all of their information is gone.

2. As an Agency account, the templates that you're creating for your sub-accounts should be done in the Assets section of your account and then shared down to your subs.  This information doesn't go away unless the entire Agency is shut down.  Assuming you built your templates there, they would be fine.

3. If someone on the design team at Emma created a template for you and saved it in a specific sub, then that template may be able to be moved to the Assets level for a small fee.  I'm not sure the exact cost on that, but if you'd like, I can get you in touch with someone from our design team to discuss.  NOTE: That only applies to templates created by our design team, not any templates created in the sub via the "save-as template" function.

Let me know if you have any additional questions!
