I need to modify the way a phone number appears in the body of our campaigns.  If I use the full phone number (xxx) xxx-xxxx it appears underlined and blue.  Underlined is fine, however, I need to change the font color to 990000.  I made the change, it appears correctly in the preview and in the code, however, when I send out the campaign, the phone number is blue.

I am using Google Chrome.  I've tried this on various machines.

That link behavior is being dictated by the email client, browser, and/or OS you are viewing that on.

The workaround is to link it to something else and in the editor. The email client, OS, etc... should then respect the link already applied and therefore, not change the style of that text.

In other words, just link it to your website, or another url and then you should be able to set the color to whatever you want.

I hope this helps, but just let me know if you have any additional questions here. Thanks!
