Hi There,

If you head to the Response page of your account, you can click on the name of the mailing you'd like to save (it must have been sent to appear in Response).

Once you click on the mailing and open up its response data, click Save as PDF near the top-right, and choose Save webview as PDF.

That will give you a printable version of your mailing.

Thank you for the information about the printing in general>
i ought to have asked how can I print a specific email that includes the unique names and other data field information in a specific email sent out (not the general email). Thanks in advance for your help.

Hey Samuel,

The only way you'd going to be able to print that out would be to print it from the inbox of the recipient, as that's the only place it's going to have those fields filled in.

Let me know if you have any questions!
