How to remove a contact from an automation.

I have a current automation in progress and I'd like to stop one contact from recieving further emails in this automation (but not delete them entirely from my contacts).  How do I do this?

Hi Krista!

While there isn't a direct way to remove a contact from a workflow, you can change that contact's record so they no longer meet that workflow's criteria. This means that you could remove that contact from the specified groups/segments associated with that workflow, and they would be removed from the workflow itself (without deleting that contact).
