How to send a test email?

I was able to send one test email, but after I made some changes and clicked to send another test email, the popup sidebar would not come up. There are some links like the manage preferences link that will not work in the preview, but will work in the test email once I send it, so I need to be able to send a test email rather than just preview the email.

Hey there!  Thanks for reaching out!  

Can you tell me what browser you're working in?   We recommend Chrome or Firefox.  

Also, it might be worth clearing your cache and deleting your cookies on your browser. If you're unsure how to clear your cache, you can search for instructions for your particular browser. Then you close out of your browser, restart your computer, and reopen your Emma account.

Also, the Manage Preferences link (along with the Opt-Out link) are considered PURLs, which means that each link is personalized for every email address that the mailing is sent to, which is why those links don't work in Preview, because they need to be attached to an email address first.  

Go ahead and clear the cache and cookies on your browser and send another test.  Typically that will clear up any issues that we see with that.
