Hi! We are trying to send confirmation emails after people sign up. The sign up form contains preferences such as which lists the individuals would like to subscribe to (e.g., events, newsletter). And they can choose multiple lists they are interested in. And we would like to send confirmation emails with their choices. Upon contacting customer service, I was told I could use personalization function for this. However, I used "checkbox form" when creating that contact field (lists) because I'd like to ensure they can choose multiple groups. And it turned out that checkbox form could not be inserted when using personalization. Again contacted customer service and the rep flagged it and suggested that I post a question here. Anyone has any suggestions? Thank you so much!
