Anytime something goes awry in the app, there are a few basic troubleshooting steps to try.

- clear cache and cookies
-update browser
- try a different browser
- update OS
- refresh browser / restart computer
- try a different network
- try a different computer

the problem of my sony xperia  android phone that it is stuck at rebooting and repeat restarting . i pressed the power button and the volume up at the same time the light turns blue but the screen stays dark and nothing happen and no factory reset booting shown i have used all the software nothing works please help

This is the Community site for MyEmma, an email marketing software that allows businesses to send marketing messages out to their subscribers.  

It sounds like you're having a phone issue and that you might be better served reaching out to your service provider.
