How to use "Search Syntax"?

Hello everyone.
I see that in the API docs there is Search Syntax page but I haven't found anywhere how to use this. Can it be used to do custom queries to the API (for example getting all the members that are opted out for an account)? If so how can this be accomplished?

Thank you!

Hey there Andrea,

Yes!  That's exactly the sort of thing that it's for.

You'll want to start with this page:   EMMA API SEARCHES

That will give you the overview, then the page you had found with the SEARCH SYNTAX will help you further see what sort of things you can search for.

Then the overview for how to use the API along with wrappers, etc, are here on the API OVERVIEW.

If you are looking for deeper help / support with setting up API calls, you can also reach out to our Technical Services team at:  http://myemma.com/services

Thanks!
