If I have deleted contacts, mailings or response data, can that be recovered? I'd like to undelete a few things.

Yep, there’s a deleted items folder in your account for just this purpose. Click the tools icon at the top-right, and selected Deleted items.

You’ll be taken to a new page with three tabs: Audience, Campaigns and Response. Click on the proper tab depending on what information you need to undelete.

Audience will give you groups, searches, signup forms and members:

Campaigns shows mailings and surveys:

Response displays both mailing responses and survey responses:

Once you’ve selected the proper tab and the link below it — like the Campaigns tab and Mailings link — check the boxes to the left of the content you want to undelete. Then click the downward-pointing arrow at the top-right to choose Undelete selected:

You can also delete just one piece of content by clicking the downward-pointing arrow to the right of its line instead of checking any boxes.

You’ll see in the above screenshot that this is also how you’ll permanently delete content if you’re ready to flush it out completely — Just know that there is not a way for us to recover that data for you once it’s been removed for good.

I accidentally deleted a group of contacts as I was trying to delete just one contact. Is there a way to get the group back?
