How do I add an Audience Group?

Good morning! You can add an audience group by clicking the Create a new group button on your Audience page, at the top-right of the box containing your other groups:



You’ll name your group and check the box if you want it to be a test group:



You can also create a new group in the import process.

I hopped into your account just to double check, and I do see that "Create a new group" button on your Audience main page. This is how it looks in your account:

Emma sent me to this page to answer this question and there is no answer here. Who can help? Need to add a group and there is no "add a group" button.

Hi there -- I believe you've been emailing with my teammate Damian, but just in case you haven't received that yet, I wanted to chime in here! Since you are an agency customer, you'll just need to navigate from the agency dashboard into one of your sub accounts before you can add a group. Audience lists live in each account within your agency, so once you are in the account that you wish to add a group to, you will see that "create a new group" button on the Audience page.
