Hey there! I think this page will be very handy for you in creating a survey within Emma and then linking to your campaign: http://myemma.com/resources/how-tos/c...

Alternatively, we also integrate with SurveyMonkey so if you have a SurveyMonkey account, I'd encourage you to check out the integration here: http://myemma.com/resources/how-to/cr...

I hope this helps!

I have gone to the link you suggest for directions on starting a survey, however, I wonder if I have an old version of My Emma. (Because) When I go to "Campaigns", and scroll down to "Your survey", there are no arrows or buttons to click on that allow me to create a new survey. The only thing that appears is text (under the "Your survey" heading") that says "there aren't any items to see at this time."

Where is the button I can click on that allows me to create a new survey?

Hm, weird! For some reason you didn't have the surveys feature turned on for your account. No need to worry though, we've turned it on for you and you should be able to create surveys now! Please let us know if you need any additional help.

Alyssa, I have the same problem, I don't think it's turned on for us. Can you please do that for us? Thanks so much.

Count me among those who have no Surveys link. Can you turn mine on, too? Thanks,

Count me in.  Can you please turn on the survey option for my account?

Can I pass one or more custom field values from an audience group to SurveyMonkey?

I'd like to create a relationship between my survey results on SurveyMonkey  and a database table on my web server by using its identity column.

Hi there! This question is a bit different, so I’m merging it into a brand-new post to track it. :) Please reference the new topic here: Can I pass custom field values from a group to SurveyMonkey?
