Hi, The lady who used to handle working in Emma has been.... well fired. I'm trying to update our existing audience list. We have more clients added every week and need to update quit a bit. I need to be able to look at the existing people so I know who is already in the list. Anyway.... Please let me know how to add individuals to the existing client audience list.

Thank you,

Not sure if it's different for you (I don't have clients).  After you log into emma, click on "Audience" at the very top of the page.  You should see your groups here.  Click on a group name and then you can add people to that group once you're in it. Hope that helps!

That adds them one at a time. I'm looking to add 200 new emails to my existing group that is for ALL members. One at a time isn't practical for that purpose. This list will soon grow to 1000 or more that need to be added to the existing list.

Hi there! If you have those new emails in an Excel or CSV spreadsheet, you can import them in one fell swoop. Check out Rachel's links below for the steps. :)

Hi there, Jennie! Welcome to Emma!

Brandi is right on about heading to the Audience section to view your groups and see the audience members contained within in them. You can also click a button on the top right of that section that says "view all members" to see a complete list of the records saved in your Emma Audience.

From the Audience section, you can add individual members, and you can also import a list of new email addresses. A great how-to guide about the import process can be found at If you'd like to watch a video walk through, we have a great one at

Also, if you need to search your audience for a particular email address, just use the search box at the top right of the window from within the audience section.

I hope this helps! Let me know if there's anything else I can do to assist you!
