Hi! You can edit the thank-you and confirmation emails by editing the sign up form itself. Here's a quick how-to: http://myemma.com/resources/how-to/cu...

If you want, you can also set up a completely custom welcome campaign using Emma's trigger feature. For more information on this process, take a look at our help page here: http://myemma.com/resources/how-to/se...

If you have any additional questions, let me know!

Ben,

I'm trying to edit my welcome email that gets sent as a trigger to the signup form.

I see how to edit sign up forms and thank you emails there, but I don't think that corresponds to the actual trigger.

For some reason, in my account - it's sending 2 copies of the welcome email. I'm afraid I may have setup 2 triggers by mistake and cant figure out how to find them to edit them or delete them.

I've searched the knowledgebase here for anything related to triggers and can't seem to get anything that helps.

Any ideas on editing or deleting triggers and how I might be able to do that efficiently?

Thanks.

Craig

Hi Craig! I’m stepping in for Ben, as he’s been out of the office. I apologize for our delay in getting back to you!

To edit a trigger — which you set up separately from your signup form — you have to first cancel the trigger, make your changes and then set it up again.

I’m seeing that you have two triggers created for your default signup form. You can cancel whichever trigger shouldn’t exist by going to your Response page, clicking the downward-pointing arrow to the right of the trigger and selecting Cancel this trigger.

Let me know if you have any questions from there!
