Noticed I had a misspelling in an email. I paused it but now I want to send a corrected version to those who did not get the original?

Hi Bethany,

Thanks for reaching out. Getting a list of those people who did not receive the initial mailing this morning can be done. The process takes several steps and taken one step at a time, I have no doubt you can make it through.

You can separate those non-recipients from your list and resend only to those who did not receive the original mailing all within Emma.

Instructions to do that are here:

1. Go to your Response page, click on the campaign name to open that mailings response data.
2. In the center of that page, click the bar showing the number of addresses who received today's mailing.
3. Near the upper right of that list, click to "Save this tab as a segment."
4. That will jump you to your Audience page inside of that segment. At the top of the list of names, choose to take "all members" of that segment and copy them to a new group -- call it something like "Received on 5/8." This will copy those who received to a new group in your audience.
3. Now, click on Audience at the top of the page to load the main Audience view.
4. Click the "Segments" tab near the center of the page and then click "Create a new segment" on the far right.
5. Now, build a segment that finds people that are in the groups that you sent your mailing to, but are not in the "Received on 5/8" group. Those instructions are found here (http://myemma.com/resources/how-to/creating-a-dynamic-search#audience).
6. Once you have this list, you can send your corrected mailing to that newly found segment.

Please let me know if you need any additional assistance here.

Best,
Kyle
