How do I link an image to an email address?

I want to link an image so that when a contact clicks the image, it opens up an email. How do I do this?

Here are the steps you’ll follow for this:

1. Click your inserted image to open the image editor.

2. In the
Give this image a link field, type “mailto:” followed immediately by the email address you want it to go to. Make sure there are no spaces.



3. If you want the new email to automatically populate with a subject line, you’ll type something like this: mailto:info@example.com?subject=This part is my subject line

When I send a test email to myself and click on the image, it takes me to an internet explorer blank page. I also added a link to text with an email address and it still takes me to an IE blank page. Help?
