I'd like to make lines of text in one of my sidebars appear closer together but I can't see any way to do that.

Hi there! When you highlight the text in your campaign, you can select the line height in the formatting bar. That button looks like lines with a double arrow to the left of it:

Let me know if you have any questions from there!

A value of 1.3 should get you pretty close to what MS Word shows for single spacing. But keep in mind for optimal legibility you should probably set it 1.3 - 1.5.

I don't understand this either.    one paragraph is set at 1.3 and it looks like single line spacing.   everything else i have is set at 1 and it looks like 1.5 - 2.   ???????  and i don't know how to tighten it.

Hi there -- I'm sorry for the confusion. I'd be happy to take a look at your mailing and see what's going on there. What campaign are you working in?

Hello, I'm new to the Emma community and am experiencing the same line spacing trouble as Event Fabrics. How was the issue of tightening line spacing resolved? I understand how to adjust line height but can't get the spacing to tighten properly. Line height does not look like single spacing no matter what height I choose.
