If my newsletter has photos, which is does, it has a tendency to end up in people's spam folders. When this happens, what will Emma report that back to me as? What is the delivery status? Is this ACTIVE, OPT OUT, or ERROR?

Hello! They will be reported as Active, because Emma was able to successfully deliver the email to the recipient, even though it was delivered to their spam folder. To help ensure your campaigns reach the recipients' inboxes, here's a checklist that I think you may find handy:

Can I tell if a recipient flagged my email to go to spam/junk?.

If an server successfully received the email but the contact set my email address to auto filter to spam, will it still be viewed as a received email, or does Emma call that an "error"?
