Hi,
I am trying to post HTML into the 'ATM Marketing Forum - Updated GS' e-mail template. Each time when I select the save button, I receive the 'Whoops - something went wrong' message. I cannot get past this. Can you please take a look to see where the problem lies?

Hey Amber,

We normally see that error when there's something going on with the HTML in the mailing. I'm happy to take a look at the code to see if it's in line with our HTML best practices, which you can find here. Just upload that code into your document library, and I'll see what might be causing that.

Let me know when you upload that code, and I'll take a look!

Hi,
Sorry for the late reply. I didn't receive an e-mail notification that you responded. I have the document with the HTML code uploaded. It is called - 1st Forum email HTML.

Thank you for your help.

Hey Amber,

The code includes HTML that would need to be removed if it were to be included in an HTML block or Code Your Own template. For an overview of keeping your HTML compatible with our templates, take a look here

A few more details: the template already includes everything except the tables that should be built between the body tags, so you'll need to remove any CSS, html tags, head tags, or anything else outside of the body tags. You'll also want to make sure the body of your email is built using tables, and styling is done inline.

Hopefully this gets you off to a good start. If you're looking for more specifics, please let me know!
