I have added an HTML box to my email and added into it an embeddable Google form (I have checked the code elsewhere and it works perfectly). On Emma however I add the code, click save and nothing shows, I go back in and the code has disappeared.

Hi! I'm not sure how you're embedding the form but <FORM> tags are generally not supported by most email clients and are considered a red flag as they can easily be used for phishing or other malicious information gathering. Your email is much more likely to be flagged as spam or blocked outright if they are present because receivers can't easily verify the validity of the form. Because of the general lack of support and associated problems, I don't believe Emma lets you use tags in your emails. It's a better and accepted practice to provide a link to the form within your email.
