HTML shows up in mailer instead of organized text with link behind it.

Test emails appear ok, but when actual mailer goes out, hyperlinks are turned to gobbeldy-gook on the page. We had a mailer work on Sept. 9 2013 at 4:11 PM, but neither mailer from Nov. 11 2013 at 8:00AM or Sept. 24th 2013 at 8:00 AM worked.

In the working mailer, recipients should see a link to "Register Now >>" and they do.

In the others, this same link (though perhaps a slightly different link, due a different registration number) is turned into ">SIGN', u'UP<>>SIGN UP<>" and not the jumbled mess of HTML?

We have another mailer scheduled for Monday November 18th at 8:00 AM and would like to make sure it goes out properly.

Thanks!

Hey there! Would you mind if I cancel the scheduled mailing for November 18th, so I can jump into the campaign to see how it displays in the inbox. Or do you have a copy of the prior campaigns saved? I didn't see one specifically noted on the saved tab on your account. And is the jumbled mess appearing in a specific email program (inbox)? I want to run a couple of tests to see how it displays in various email programs. Please just reply when you have a chance and I'll start digging!

Hi Tyler,

I'm not the primary manager of what goes on in this account. I'm IT for our organization, and my user asked me about this.

I guess a third party creates these things for us, and I suppose all the coding would be in their realm, however, since these seem to display correctly some of the time, and not others, I think there is something amiss on your end.

You may cancel it if you need, but we need to make sure it still goes out on Monday morning. If you can make sure that happens, do what you need to test it.

The messages appeared jumbled in Outlook 2010, Gmail web-app, and on our iPhones.

As for the prior campaigns, the best way to find those would be by date, is my thinking. I can forward the emails to you to see for yourself what I see, but beyond that, I don't know how to find these things efficiently. I'd have to sit down with our user to look more closely at it. Since Monday is just around the corner, I wonder if this is enough information to get the ball rolling and figure this out.

Thanks again!

Hi there! I'll be jumping in for Tyler.

Are you still seeing the code when the mailing is sent out? I tested that scheduled mailing through several different email clients, including mobile and web, and I could not replicate what you mentioned above.

You can take a peek at my testing here.

If you are still noticing the code showing in the campaign, could you send along a screenshot of what you are seeing?
