I am having a hard time connecting Emma to Zapier.

I am having a hard time connecting Emma to Zapier. I continue to get an error when entering my API key's that a connection could not be made. Checked with Zapier and things look ok on their end.

Hey there, 

Thanks for reaching out! 

The next step in this is going to be to double-check the API keys that you're using.  Obviously, you can only check the Public key and the account number.  

If you find that you've got them right, then you would need to regenerate the API key in order to get a new copy of the Private Key.

Thanks Grey - I will try that. I have checked and re-checked API keys so i must need a new Private key. Will that throw off other Emma integrations we have set up?

If you have any other connections using the API keys, regenerating a new set will break those other connections.
