I am having an issue loading my excel contacts.

I am having an issue loading my excel contacts. It lets me browse for the file, I click continue, I select the check box to okay that I can send to that group, I click continue, then it goes back to choosing the file..... Is there a time frame to fixing the bugs going on?

Hi there -- I'd like to get some more details and dig in to see what the issue is here! Can you upload your spreadsheet to the documents library on your Campaigns page. I can download it from there and take a look!
I just uploaded it there for you! I just tried it again and it still sends me on a loop. Thank you for the help!

Hey Courtney -- It looks like the file you uploaded is read only. Could you try to upload it saved as a different file extension? I'll need to be able to work in there to see what's going on. Also, what database or CRM are you exporting that list from? Thanks!
