I wrote an email, saved it and when I go to the review and send screen to program it to go out, the screen is blank and will not load. I tried refreshing, logging out and back in again and still a blank screen when I try to send. I was able to send a test out and that worked fine.
I popped into your account to take a look at the mailing and everything seems to be in order, the Review and Send screen opened up for me.
I'm wondering if it may be a browser issue. Let's start by having you clear the cache and cookies on your browser.
If you're unsure how to clear your cache, you can search for instructions for your particular browser. Then you close out of your browser, restart your computer, and reopen your Emma account.
If that doesn't do it, maybe give it a shot in a different browser if you have one on your computer.
If you're still having the same issues after that, there may be a network security setting that is keeping that page from loading and you may want to check with your network administrator to see if they could be blocking us.
