I cannot link my Campaigns to my social media FB page and Linked in .

I cannot link my campaigns to my brand Facebook page or linked in.
The FAQ help directions do not match the steps after I post my campaign.
The Helpful tips listed below do not work.
I am using Firefox and my Emma is through Ptron Manager (SalesForce).
  • If you'd like to change the Twitter and Facebook accounts linked to your account, click the "adjust your social network settings" link after you've sent a mailing.
  • Have both a personal Facebook profile and a brand page? We will remember whichever page you picked, and it'll be ready to go when you log in next time. If you'd like to switch to the other identity, click the link to adjust your social settings.

Thanks for reaching out! 

There have been some issues popping up with our Facebook connection lately that our developers are aware of and are working to fix.  Most notably, if you are wanting to share from the Response page, currently you cannot change the share settings.  

For now, we are suggesting that it's best to either share from the Send Success screen in Emma or by grabbing the Webview link from the Response Overview and sharing the link to social media that way.

You also mentioned LinkedIn but didn't have any details there.  You can share the mailing via the LinkedIn button in the mailing itself, but currently LinkedIn isn't bringing in the image of the mailing, but rather just a text link out to it, so you may be better off using the webview there as well.
