I can't download an exported segment

I created a segment, and it's there, waiting to be exported.

However, when I click on "Download this export" nothing happens.  Tried in Chrome and Safari.

Hi there!   

That clock over the left is signifying that the export is being prepared and isn't ready for download just yet.  

You'll want to wait for that to become a check mark.  

With complex segments, it could take a while to run that export, and we've found that sometimes copying those contacts from a segment to a GROUP and then Exporting the Group works a bit quicker and could be more stable.  

If you continue to have issues with getting that to export, let us know and we can take a look!
