I have tried clearing my cache and cookies, removing any special characters from my email and making sure i filled in every line that needed filling in.  My test or regular emails will not go out.  I'm using firefox.

Hey @Antique & Design Center,

I think we've all run into the email every once in awhile that get's stuck. Try opening your campaign, choosing the drop-down menu under save and select Save a Copy. Give the copy a new name like: "My Great Campaign #2" so you can easily find it later. Then it should automatically load the new copy and try and see if you can run a test send from that new copy.

Let us know if that works.

Still not working.  I've been able to send it to myself a couple of times but as soon as I add another recipient, it gets stuck.

Let's see if we can narrow this down. Is it a particular person you're trying to add? If so, will it allow you to add different person. Say if you want to send it to yourself and Jane, can you send it to yourself and Tom? Or is it once you add more than one, regardless of the second person, it gets stalled?

It seems to be once I add more than one.  But even just sending to myself is hit or miss.  It won't work 4 times, then it will work the 5th time.

Wow, sounds like something the Emma team will have to jump in and help with. Usually duplicating a campaign or eliminating a user will do it for me. Sounds like it might be something else here.

Greg with Emma Support here!

I created a few copies of your most recent unsent mailings and I'm able to send tests without trouble.

What's the name of the mailing you're having trouble with? I'd be glad to take a closer look at it.

It's the Untitled Mailing in the sent box, because I sent it to myself.

I made a copy of your untitled mailing (my copies are labeled "test copy") and sent myself tests, both in Firefox and in Chrome.

I sent tests to both one and two recipients in each browser.

In each case, the test copies sent without error.

Have you tried using a different browser, such as Chrome, or tried using a different computer?

I'm wondering if the problem could be in your copy of Firefox or computer, since I'm not reproducing it.

I've been having the same problem, both in Safari and in Chrome. I'm used to Emma being fairly wonky by now, especially when it comes to cutting/pasting/editing text, but I've reached a new echelon of frustration with this issue.

Antique & Design Center,

I see that you sent a mailing since we last spoke.

I'm assuming you were able to resolve whatever you were running into; let me know if you need any further assistance.

Thank you Greg.  I was able to send it out finally.  Still don't know what the problem was but it resolved itself so thank you anyway for the offer to help.

I'm having the same problem-- can send test to myself, but am now having problems sending it out to our mailing list.  I'm using Firefox and getting the "internal server error" message.

The Urban Conservancy, are you still encountering trouble, and, if so, which mailing are you having trouble with?

I made a copy of your most recent mailing (labeled TEST COPY) and was able to send a test and a regular send without encountering any errors.

Did you try clearing your cache and history and just trying it again.  I think mine just eventually worked and I didn't do anything to fix it except just get out and clear everything and try again.  Sorry I can't be more help.  It was extremely frustrating for me and I'm sure for you too!

UW La Crosse- Make$ Cents,

I see you were able to send your mailings on the 21st and 22nd so I'm assuming you were able to resolve things.

If you need further help, let me know.

I'm having the same error - continuously getting an Internal Server Error when trying to send the mailing to our test group (testing dynamic content). I've tried sending to the test group and to just myself and both times get this error. I've made several copies of the mailing and tried the same approach and still get internal server error. Please help?! The mailing is entitled "Vendor Newsletter Template"

Hi Mary - Can you tell me the name of the account you're working in here? I'm not locating an account tied to your email address. Thanks!

Sorry that took a bit!  There was a lot to go through.   It looks like the problem was coming from the block titled "New! Intro To Online Learning Program" with the picture of the woman in the yellow sweater.

I'm thinking that the text in that block was pasted in and had some code behind it that was causing it not to be able to send.

I would recommend recreating that block from scratch, but instead of pasting in the text, type it all in and do your formatting in Emma.

Cheers!
Thanks so much!! That did the trick. Have a great weekend.
Same error here, too! Tried all of the troubleshooting tips above to no avail! Help please! Mailing titled 4bigs13May2016

Hey! I hopped in your account and was able to figure things out. You had two instances where you linked angle brackets (See More >> and for more info >>). Linked angle brackets (>) can conflict with the process behind-the-scenes and prevent you from sending so you'll want to avoid using those. Once I removed those in my copy (labeled Support in your Unsent drafts), I was able to send!
Thank you so much!!!
Fixed! Andrew, thank you so much!

I have discovered that once I send an email, Emma conveniently replaces any spaces I may have in an HTML block with the ascii code for spaces: "%20."

For example, [% unsub_url %] is automatically changed to [%%20unsub_url%20%] and I get the dreaded "INTERNAL SERVER ERROR" upon attempting to send.

I do wish I could turn off completely any instance of Emma doing anything to my code for me.
