I can't send or save a campaign.

I can't send a test message out.  I have been trying since last night.  I have switched between Chrome and Firefox.  It continues to say error.  I have saved a copy and tried to send that.  Still no luck.

We did get this resolved. Thank you for your support. It appears we had an incorrect personalization tag and it was causing some issues.

Yes, I am trying to send a test of a campaign that is going out tomorrow and i put my email in to send to, and then when I click on send, it does nothing, stays blue

Hi there -- Maya's not in the office yet, but I'm happy to jump in here! I made a copy of your most recent draft, "Decemberv5" and was able to send a test to my address without any issues. This tells me there are no issues in the code or content keeping the mailing from sending but more likely something specific to your setup.

Have you tried clearing your browsing history lately? I'd recommend clearing cache and cookies, then shutting the browser down completely before logging back into the application. Let me know if that does the trick!
