I have an issue where emails were "changed manually" to error status, but I did not intentionally edit these emails AND it always says they still say they were received. So what does that mean? they were received but somehow manually changed to error?
Hi Kimmy -- Great question! The "changed manually" category represents addresses that you may have manually set to error status, but it also serves as a bit of a catch all for error addresses that don't fall into our other categories. For example, if an email is bad or invalid, it's labelled a formating problem. We label it a delivery issue if we get a bounce reply from the recipient's server. If the address is in error status for some other reason, we label it "changed manually." We are working to make this more clear moving forward.
I know you also posted about not being able to move a group of addresses from error to active status. Are these two issues related to the same group of email addresses?
