I have not been receiving my test emails - not to my work email or my personal email although the test page says they were sent sent.

I would start with having your IT team whitelist Emma's sending IPs. If you're having issues receiving to "bmurphy@rockrealestate.net" and sending from the same domain this can often help. See our guide on whitelisting here:
