i keep seeing an email i'm trying to send go into spam. there are no triggers like FREE or OFFER, and yet it wont go through. please assist!

Hi there! 

There are a few things we can suggest as far as making sure your emails are getting delivered to the inbox instead of going into the spam folder, we actually have a document in our Resource Center to help out with this:

Of this list, I would say that one of the most useful tools in helping emails get through to the inbox is to update your SPF Record.  You can find the documentation for how to do that here:

If you send that on to your IT team or whoever is in charge of your email domain (@framesnyc.com) and they can get that updated for you.  

If you're having trouble with Emma emails coming through to addresses within your domain, it is also helpful to have Emma Whitelisted for your domain.  You can find that information here:
