I sent a newsletter, and it was not sent. What can I do to move forward?

I'm new to the site. The last I heard from Emma was that their delivery team will take a look at my import (10/2). I sent a newsletter the next day, and it was not sent. What can I do to move forward?

Hi Monica -- From what I can tell here on my end, it looks like you received a follow up email from my colleague Jordan today. He sent that out around 2:30 this afternoon. His email should shed some light on why your mailing didn't actually send. Let me know if you still have questions!
