I want to view my sent campaigns in order of last sent, not last updated. How do I achieve this?

I've tried clicking the "Last Sent" header, but to no avail. Seems like this should be a simple thing, so I must be missing the obvious. I don't need a campaign I sent two months ago to show up at the top of the list, just becuase I opened it to check on something in it's content. Thanks.

Hi there! You're right that clicking the Last Sent header on the Campaigns page doesn't resort your mailing list. I'm letting our Product Team know that you'd like it to, and I'll fill you in on their thoughts. :)

Hi again! Yep, it makes sense to be able to sort by the mailings you last sent. We're planning to pursue this. Thanks so much for sharing!

Hi Congying -- Thanks for checking in here! Adding the ability to sort by the Last Sent column (and other columns) is something our product team knows would make a huge impact on user workflow. While this seems like a simple feature addition, this functionality falls into a bigger scope of work that could involve updating the campaigns grid as a whole. Sorting and pagination aren't currently incorporated in our grid, but we hope to be able to add them in the near future!

Let me jump in here to add my 2-centavos-worth. Frequently I open the drag-and-drop editor on an email I've already sent in order to grab a block of content I want to reuse in a new mailing.

Simply opening an old email causes Emma to automatically re-save my old, already-sent email (even without making any changes).

Of course, that changes the save (update)  date. So basically, sorting by that date is pretty much worthless as a workflow tool.

So, I agree. Sorting by date sent would be of much greater value to me.

Otherwise, it's all good. :)

This is ridiculous and needs to be fixed immediately. The system is pretty great, but this is a HUGE hassle!

I'm in agreement.  I want to sort by last sent!  It seemed to be that way in my sent campaigns until yesterday something happened and now the sent campaigns is a mess and a huge hassle.  I also don't like the fact that an email is saved simply by opening it.

Boy, this sure seems like a good, solid idea to me. One which was originally suggested 5 months ago. In the meantime, the Emma faithful are getting restless. I know I am.

For the reasons I tried to explain in my comment above, my workflow is pretty well scrambled by autosave as soon as an old email is opened and forced sorting of email campaigns by last save date.

As a workaround (i.e., kludge), when I need to grab and reuse a block of content from an email campaign I've already sent out, I copy the email to create a new clone version -- then open it in the editor to grab my block of content for reuse -- then delete the copy of the old email when I'm done building my new email.

Really? Can somebody please explain why it is so difficult to allow users to sort email campaigns by the date sent? Pretty please?

I would like this feature as well! viewing by last updated is not helpful for the reasons explained by other users above. Please make this functional :)

I agree that this is a long overdue feature, that makes sense to the average user, not just the few commenters here.
