Can I see if someone has opened an email multiple times?

I totally love the service....the only request I would have is to be able to see multiple opens by a recipient and be able to rank recipients by the number of email opens

Ah, I understand what you mean now! There isn't a way to tell if someone "opens" your email and then revisits it multiple times. Think about a birthday present: Once you've unwrapped it, it's always unwrapped, even if it becomes your favorite toy and you keep returning to it.

Kind of a rotten analogy, but the essence is there: An email can only have its open recorded once because it only happens once. Here's a more complete explanation about what counts as an email open; this is the standard across all email service providers and not something we're able to change, but I love that you're thinking about the level of interest from your subscribers. That prioritization could yield you better results.

I think taking a look at your click rate is a great indication of this, too: Not only did a recipient receive and open your email, but they interacted with your content by clicking to learn more from your email. That tells you also that your send time, from name/address and subject line were successful. You might try playing with response history segments -- You can segment your audience based on who clicked at any time or during a specific date range and try targeting them differently.
