I think our lack of SPF record is getting a number of our emails blocked by hotmail. Here is my story. I exported a detailed response to one of our most recent emma campaigns. I was looking through the bounces for misspellings, etc., when I noticed that the vast majority of hard bounces were from hotmail (second place to msn, live, juno....). A little research suggested to me that the problem might be that we needed to add emma to our SPF record in our DNS settings. Now, for added security, it turns out we use cloudflare. So I logged into cloudflare to check our DNS settings. We have no SPF record therein. There is the option to add spf records. I think maybe I did it right...except that cloudflare won't allow the quotes around the SPF entry, which I think might be important? Cloudflare doesn't give me the option to create a Sender ID, which I understand is important if sending emails to hotmail, msn, etc. So I created a TXT record which you can see in the attached screenshot. Is that going to work? Help. In a little over my head here. Thanks!!

I'm just figuring out SPF records myself, but I'm familiar enough with DNS records to know that you've got the formatting incorrect in your screen shot. First, you'll need to edit the TXT record. In the Value field, you'll want to replace what you have there now with this: spf2.0/pra a mx include:e2ma.net -all. It is my understanding that that record is supposed to replace the SPF record listed above the TXT record in the screen shot, so I think you need to delete that SPF record. Hope that helps!
