If a contact opts out of an email, are they excluded from all emails in the future even if they are in a different group?

If a contact opts out of an email, are they excluded from all emails in the future even if they are in a different groups?

I believe so. :-( Hopefully they'll click "Manage Preferences" instead, which does allow subscribers to elect to stay subscribed to certain emails.

True statement. Emma works on global opt out. Opt out of one Audience and you are out of every mailing.

There is a welcome message option. Can I use a Good Bye e-mail message for opt-out's?

Hi! Once someone has selected to unsubscribe, moving their email address's status to Opt Out, you aren't able to send to them again through Emma. It sounds like this feature request could help with your end goal -- Mind hopping over there to help us understand your needs? I'll share it from there with our Product Team. :)

We would like to have the option to only be able to opt out of an audience rather than the whole group. As we send from several different accounts so if someone opts out of one it doesnt mean they want to opt out of all?

Can someone call me to discuss this please?
