I keep getting a blank image box when I open my editor and want to make sure that this isn't included when I sent it out. I save it without the box and the next time I open the editor it's there again.

Hi, Clinical Marketing! There is some mention of a similar issue in earlier posts and it was mentioned that if you originally copied the image box and then wound up deleting the original, it could cause the "ghost" to remain?

So, what was offered was to go ahead and insert a block of images directly below this "ghost" and delete them all at the same time. See if that clears them all out.

Report back so we can see if I understood correctly! LOL

Hi there -- Thanks for chiming in O'Toole Marketing! You were on a good path there. We have seen multi-image blocks act in that way before.

I would love to hop into your account and take a look. Can you let me know which mailing you are working in? Thanks!!

My August Mailing. Thanks! The only problem is that I'm in the middle of sending out. Not sure if that would affect things.

Ok! I'll hop in and take a look. Did you send yourself a test before sending that mailing out? If you could see the image placeholder in the test, you will likely see it in the final mailing as well.

Hi there -- It looks like that image placeholder lives in the bottom row that you had turned on. Rows can be a little bit tricky sometimes. It's important to turn off the row if you are not using it, rather than just deleting the content block that lives in the row.

I made a copy of your mailing titled August Mailing - EH TESTING COPY. Rows are only relevant when you have a multi-column layout. If you change your layout back to one column, that row button is no longer visible. I changed the column layout back to 2 column, turned off the bottom row and then changed the column view back to one.

You can see that here:
