I'm having trouble logging into the Guestbook iPad app.

I've just downloaded the new Emma Guestbook app for iPad. As an agency account, I'm unable to log in to the app using my Agency username. 

 When I try to log in at an account level, I get an error. Any thoughts?

Hi Teresa! Instead of using the username and password you use to access all your client accounts, you will want to use the user-level login that was created for that particular sub.

If you're not used to using that login, that's OK -- Just head to the Accounts menu and click the downward-pointing arrow to the right of the client account name to "Show account settings."

Under "Client access," you'll see the username for the client account. You can reset the password there if needed, since you won't be able to see it for security reasons.
