I'm trying to "export responses" from an email campaign and when I get to the "exports" page and click on the campaign name, I receive this error: "The page cannot be found. The page you're attempting to access does not exist." Thoughts?
Hi there! Can you tell me the username you use to log in to your account?
There may be a couple of things at play:
1. You can only download exports if you are the Primary User on an account. 2. Oftentimes if I get errors in the Exports screen, I just need to clear my cache and cookies. If you're unsure how to clear your cache, you can search for instructions for your particular browser. Then you close out of your browser, restart your computer, and reopen your Emma account.
