Hey Laura—

Which template are you using? And have you edited any of the html code?

Hello Laura,

It looks like Bethany is on the right track with her question (thanks for jumping in Bethany!)

All Emma templates are built to display correctly on Mobile devices, but slight changes to the HTML code can remove the media query necessary to have them render correctly on mobile devices.

Is there a specific template, mailing or campaign that does not look correct on Mobile devices?

When you view the campaign on an android device, what specifically is not correct? Also, is this occurring on all Android devices, or on a specific device or operating system?

Also, remember that not all email clients support mobile-responsive emails. Those that aren't responsive are:
  • iPhone (Gmail app, Yahoo! Mail app)
  • Android (Gmail app, Yahoo! Mail app, Android 5 default email client is Gmail)
  • BlackBerry (OS 5)
  • Windows (Mobile 6.1, Windows Phone 7 and 8)
If you would like me to look at a specific campaign in your account, just let me know the name and I'd be more than happy to take a look!
