Image editing problems

When I try to crop or change the padding on an image, then save, the image editor freezes. I use Chrome Version 49.0.2623.110 m. I am working in the campaign called Labor Relations and Worker's Comp Law in Schools.

I am also experiencing the same issue today. Anytime I try to edit an image Emma locks up.

I refreshed my browser, and it didn't help. I also closed the browser and started a new session.

Hi friends --Thanks for reaching out here and letting us know that you're experiencing an issue editing images.

We confirmed a bug in the application yesterday that causes the image editor to hang when editing Flickr or Facebook images. Are any of you working with images of that type?

If not, can you clarify for me what kind of edits you're making. Are you primarily working with the padding feature?

My images are uploaded straight from my computer, and when I try to edit a photo, MyEmma freezes. Also, I'm trying to insert a YouTube video and it's not pulling through the preview image.

I am uploading and image from my hard drive and trying to crop and change the padding.

Thanks for your quick reporting here! We have confirmed that edits made in the image modal are not saving, and can replicate the behavior you're seeing here. Our product team is working quickly to resolve this issue, and I will keep you updated here of our progress in the next few minutes.
