In Emma everything looks as it should. I sent out a test newsletter to several different people. One of the people I sent it to, the newsletter has a huge gap of white where the image should be but if you continue to scroll down it appears farther down the screen. She is using Outlook 2013. I am also using Outlook 13 and am not having that same problem when viewing..So I'm not too sure what the issue could be. Thanks so much!

Hi Kelly,

I hate that you are experiencing these issues with Outlook and definitely understand your frustration around this.  One tip to help your campaigns render a little better is to simplify the content.  When there are lots of links, colors, fonts or other formatting, that will end up building up the HTML and weigh it down.

Has any of the content in this campaign been copied and pasted from another source?  That can contribute to some hidden formatting that may weigh down the HTML.  If there has been content copied and pasted from another source, we suggest making that content plaintext first and pasting in the plaintext version and do the formatting directly in the editor.

This is a common issue with Outlook and any email that contains HTML code, Outlook may have some issues properly rendering that code.  Take a look here at our resource article regarding Outlook.  There are some other helpful articles out there, like this one from Litmus.
