Looking at those failed imports, the error message is giving us a generic message that isn't identifying anything in particular that is causing the error. Would you be able to upload the import file to your accounts Document Library so I could download it and do some digging on this end? You can find the Documents Library by heading to the Campaigns page and looking in the left sidebar.
Let me know if you are able to get that spreadsheet uploaded and I'll be able to pull it up from here to troubleshoot.
I took a look at the spreadsheet and noticed it had a good amount of formatting present in the cells. For the best results, you'll want to have as little formatting as possible so Emma can easily read the values for each cell.
I uploaded a cleaned-up version of your file and you will see that one in your Documents Library. Can you attempt to import using that file and let me know how it goes?
