Import Not Updating All Contact Information

I have imported a new contact list with the following fields selected: First Name, Last Name, Company Name, and Email. When I go back in to spot-check some contacts, the Company Name has not been imported for all. I do make sure to choose "Update their records with information from this import (add and update)" when importing. I need all the information imported in order for personalization to work appropriately. Can you please help?

Hi there,

Try importing the list with only the email and the Company name. Make sure that both columns are formatted as "Text" and not "General". Let me know if that helps.
