Hi Dave,

You should be good to go here. The issue was with your contact field information within Emma. There was an extra email field that was added and phone numbers were set up as a numeric answers. The problem with that is phone numbers have special characters in them like hyphens and/or parenthesis around the area code. Best practice is to set them up as 'short answer' in Emma and format them as 'text' in your spread sheet. Also, I have archived that extra email field so that it no longer causes any confusion. Here are few other trouble shooting tips for future imports that I borrowed from Emma's own, Maya. I hope they help and let me know if you have any additional questions!

1. Oftentimes, the quickest way to correct any issues is to copy only the information you need off of your sheet and choose Paste Special (selecting "Values Only" from the pop-up box) to a brand new file.
2. Make sure your spreadsheet has only one page.  Multiple pages on a sheet can confuse the system.
3. Make sure your file type is CSV or XLSX
4. Remove any columns on your spreadsheet that have information that you don’t need / don’t intend to import.
5. Additionally, please ensure that only one email address is entered in each cell, since that will definitely cause the import to fail.
