Hi,
I have an email that's said it is "in progress" since 10/8. There's one recipient left who was a soft bounce. How do I force that to complete?

I am happy to take a peek and see what's going on there!  Can you let me know which sub-account the campaign is showing as in progress on the Response page?

Sure, thank you!  It's the Admissions for University of Michigan Dearborn sub account that is having the issue.
