Insecure Connection Error

I keep getting an Insecure Connection error when I try to log in (image below).  I've tried Firefox 46.0.1, IE, and  Chrome. This first happened last night and then again recently.  We've also had someone access outside of our office and they experienced the same outcome.

Thanks for looking into it!

Thanks for posting MP! This type of error is not at all what we would expect our users to experience.

I've been talking with our team here and learned that Norton Anti-virus flagged our system domain erroneously stating that it is not a secure connection. At no time was the Emma application or its users at risk of ''information being stolen."

We have contacted Norton to have the flag removed and are presently awaiting a response from them. I will post an update here once we hear back from the Norton team.

In the meantime, users should be able to bypass the Norton warning depending on how they have their anti-virus program configured.

For those following along, in the case of MP Media they had their IT team make an adjustment which then allowed their marketing team members to make use of the Emma application as expected.

Please do post here if you are experiencing a similar limitation.

On May 13, 2016 we received notification from Norton that they have updated the erroneous status that had been applied to our domain.

Users should not be receiving any additional warning errors when logging into the Emma application. If you do receive any additional warnings, please do let us know by replying here.

I'll take a moment to re-iterate that at no time was our system at risk. The flag applied by Norton was a false positive. If you have any additional concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to reply to this thread.
