Hi, I just signed on with Emma and am looking to integrate it with our Salesforce database. I am determining if we can do it in-house, or need to turn to Emma's team for help. Any thoughts on in-house integration vs.  using Emma's services?

Hi there!

Welcome to Emma!  If you do the installation yourself, you can follow the steps using our installation guide found here .

If you're actually looking to have the integration set up for you in your Salesforce account, I can help with that too! We offer a Salesforce integration service where we will actually do the clicking to complete your Emma setup within Salesforce, get your sync started, modify your lead and contact records to display the Emma data and also give some implementation training -- and we'll do that all while on a call with you with our screen shared so you can see the actual legwork going down. That service is just $199, and I've heard from several of the customers who have taken advantage of this offering that it was so worth it to them to not have to do all of the backend setup stuff.  If this is something you are interested in, let me know and I am happy to get that process started for you.

If you have any questions or if there is anything else I can do to help, give me a shout here!
