For the last two days I’ve been trying to send out email invitations but have not been successful. The error message I keep receiving is “internal server error.” Also, when trying to edit a campaign I keep seeing a message that says “whoops, something went wrong, click ok to reload.” After that it asks if I want to stay on this page or close it, I choose to stay on the page, it reloads and then it happens again 5 minutes later. This happens in Firefox and IE. Please advise.

Hey there -- Can you point me to the mailing(s) you're seeing these errors in? It's likely something in your mailing content or in the template code that's acting up. I'll hop in and take a look!

It looks like the personalization tag in your survey link was missing some elements on the end. That tag should look like this:
[% member:company_name %]

I fixed that link my copy of your mailing (under the Unsent tab). Feel free to take a look there or use my copy!

Any word, Emily? I still can't email anything.

I even tried starting over from scratch.  I didn't use the saved template.
When I try to send any test, it just hangs up on me.

Still unable to email anything out. Tried selecting text only. Tried starting form scratch with a new template. Still getting "internal server error."

Hi Barbara -- Thanks for your patience here! I believe you're running into a very specific bug here that has to do with manually editing plaintext and adding text inside angled brackets (< >) that has a special character. I can see that you've added <I'll get back to you on that> in your mailing's plaintext. That's likely what's breaking this mailing. Removing the angle brackets there should do the trick!

Please let me know if you still see this error after making that change.
